we accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, paypal, and check with proper id (in store). currently, online purchases can only be made through paypal.

we will hold regular price items for 24 hours. we do not hold on-sale or discounted items. to place an item on an extended hold requires a 20% non-refundable deposit.

clothing items purchased at FULL PRICE at FOX+CATVINTAGE 's store are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of purchase. all sales are final after 3 days of purchase. all online sales are final sale. all tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. if there are any signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return. any damage done to a garment after purchase is not our responsibility unless the garment or item had an unknown inherent flaw. if a return is processed, any customer rewards cards earned (full or partial) from the purchase of the item(s) must be returned along with the garment.

we do offer layaway for Items over $400 with an initial 20% non-refundable deposit. at the time of payment, the item will be placed on hold for up to 60 days. we will set up a payment plan where the remaining balance is billed to a credit card or paypal account in 8 weekly installments. the first payment is processed one week after your initial deposit was paid. if you will not need 60 days to pay for your order, you can always pay off your layaway early with no penalty and receive your item early. if you need to cancel your layaway, we will refund you your payments minus the 20% initial non-refundable deposit. after an item is purchased in full on layaway, it is final sale.
