we ship items domestically and internationally using UPS and DHL. buyer will be notified automatically at the time the label is created, however tracking numbers are not included so please contact us if you would like this information.

all orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of cleared payment, though occasionally it may be 72 hours till we can ship the item(s).

FOX+CATVINTAGE is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping services nor do we issue refunds for lost packages unless buyer specifically requests for full-insurance coverage to be included in shipping costs.

for international shipping, buyter is responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs, duties and/or custom fees. we do not accept returns on items shipped internationally.
